I don't want to sound too bothersome but the flickr description page says the photo was not taken by the flickr user but is from http://chamorrobible.org/gpw/gpw-200906.htm this webpage.... Teemeah (talk) 10:23, 6 May 2011 (UTC)

Looking at that webpage, they seem to show the original NASA photo. The version here has been cropped and processed in other ways (with some nasty side-effects, but that's beside the point). It's at least arguable that these changes include a sufficient creative element that they allow would the modifier to claim copyright on the modified version, and if so, they can license it however they like. So the CC-BY-SA-2.0 license listed here is probably valid. I'll remove the {{Disputed}} tag, and add some acknowledgement of NASA to the image description. --Avenue (talk) 01:49, 17 May 2011 (UTC)
