SOMEONE PLEASE HELP

my photo of Scarface here is being used on a website that PROMOTES SHARK MURDER. I want to use any means necessary to prevent these murderers from using MY work here to promote their activities. As the creator if this work, I would like this image removed from Commons if I have no other recourse against people who would so utterly pervert its use. Please let me know what I can do.
