missing permission

The proof of the AGPL licence is given by the Terms of Service for Snap!, but it is true that the logo itself is never mentioned there. I sent an email just now to Brian Harvey (one of the authors) to have his opinion and, let's hope, his permission. I'll let know his reply here. --Jibe74 (留言) 21:15, 9 July 2018 (UTC)
Here is Brian Harvey's reply :
« I guess they're thinking that it's covered by trademark rather than copyright. But anyway, yes, Wikimedia has permission to use the Snap! logo to refer to the Snap! programming language.
(By the way, I don't think the AGPL permits removing the copyright notice! But IANAL.) »
But maybe there is no more matter, as I see that the AGPL licence has been accepted now for this logo.
