Condominium and Sanaag

Here are sources showing that Warsangeli, (a Sanaag inhabiting tribe), has aligned with SSC-Khatumo (source and source, without abandoning its Puntland affiliation. A territory with two allegiances is by definition a condominium. Here is also a sources stating SSC-Khatumo declared administrative governance in Aug. 5 2023 [1].
