Updating this file with an optimised version?

'Ow do! :-)

I've just created a highly optimised version of this file (45 bytes instead of the current 807) and tried to upload it using the form on the left (Which redirected me onto a Toolserver interface). However, the new file isn't showing for some reason. :-( Could this be lag between the Toolserver and Wikimedia, or has my file been silently disposed of because this is the first time I've made a Wikimedia contribution? :-(

In any case; The file that I've created is smaller than the original version and better optimised for bandwidth under heavy use, so I'd like to see it properly applied. The file itself (In Base64) is R0lGODlhAQABAPAAAP///wAAACH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAQAgEAAEEBAA7 just in case an anti-vandal bot's unwittingly binned the one that I tried to upload. :-)
