Replacement of "Removed" version by licensed version from Wikiversity

The original photographer replaced the original version, being used in a Wikipedia article, with one with "removed" prominent in the image. His web site is currently blacklisted, and he seems to be reacting to that. However, the license was granted and cannot be revoked. The loss of the image damages the article. I have accordingly uploaded the version that continues to be used at Wikiversity.
