Is the description correct? May be from a later book?

Is the description of this image accurate?
The stroke quality seems too good for a 15th century manuscript; it looks more like an engraving, which suggests a later date. The coloring too looks too vivid and uniform to be original; although the green on the base looks like tempera crudely applied over the drawing.
The Wikipedia article states that the 15th century manuscript from which this image is supposed to be copied is item Clm 8210 in the Bavarian State Library. I could not find an online digital reproduction of that work. Could someone please check whether this file is indeed taken from it?
