@Johnson.Xia: I think, there is some confusion here. The memorial is not called "project Stavers Belang". It actually is a project of the organization with name "Stavers Belang", which is translated like "Interest of Stavoren". By renaming the files and the catogory on Commons, Wikipedia now accidentally introduced a (new) name for the memorial which might be called "Replica Pontgat Stavoren" by the artist [1] or apparently has no name at all. Also, I changed the description as this: "This is a memorial in Stavoren, Netherland for Enkhuizen - Stavoren train ferry.
