This doesn't appear to be the standard dish which is made with plain pork slices (same as thick streaky bacon slices, but not smoked nor cured, however, sometimes very slightly salted). The meat is reddish on the photo, indicating smoked/cured bacon with nitrite was used. Also, the slices will usually be coated with breadcrumbs. All in all, it seems to be fried bacon rather than "stegt flæsk".--Casper (talk) 10:45, 4 August 2011 (UTC)[返信]
