Ambiguous coloring for planned Stolpersteine and lakes

The caption for this image has just been changed in de:Stolpersteine because the current version if this image shows no countries with planned Stolpersteine. Unfortunately lakes are also drawn in light orange. This is ambiguous and confusing.

Can someone please

• remove lakes
• draw lakes in a different color
• remove the caption stating that countries with planned Stolpersteine are light orange, if this wasn’t desirable for the future (I think it might be).

I removed the caption, the design wasn't great anyway, I just quickly made a map years ago that was never intended to be used so widely. Thanks for noticing the issue!--Cirdan (留言) 12:46, 9 October 2021 (UTC)
