Copyright violation appeal

I do not think this file is a copyright violation. This image only consists of simple geometric shapes or text. Plus, the footer that the nominator quoted: "毛記電視網站 · 版權所有 · 不得轉載 Copyright © TVMOST.COM.HK All rights reserved" refers to the content inside the website, such as their original text articles and videos. They might own the trademark of such logo, but this does not violate the copyright policy. – Wefk423 (留言) 16:53, 3 April 2018 (UTC)
