why isn't the "V" in "ventricular septal defect" capitalized. damages the picture's consistency.

Hopefully resolved. I had to guess the correct font, because the letters where not "text objects" anymore they were just curves. --Reo On (對話) 11:15, 25 January 2016 (UTC)
