Date of publishing[編集]

I don't know when the poster was printed and used. But it was certainly not in February 1914. Not only was that long before any hints of WWI, but is was also before the interview with Chancellor Bethmann-Hollweg in August 4, 1914, when he made the soon infamous quip regarding the breach of the treaty which was German invasion of Belgium, and in which Great Britain found a cause to declare war against his country. Correct copyright tag?[編集]

The "Parliamentary Recruiting Committee" was not a British government organisation but a cross-party agreement between the political parties to use their local party resources to encourage enlistment.
