This image is widely used, so you shouldn't upload anything on top of it. Pick a new title, such as File:Tricia Helfer 2013.jpg, or whatever you want, and upload your image as a separate image. Also, make sure your image is free and isn't a copyright violation. INeverCry (talk) 20:30, 16 July 2013 (UTC)[回复]
