For what purpose does this map explicitly exclude the territory of Puerto Rico yet ends up being the definitive map of the United States Wikipedia article placed at the very top of it's infobox? Jurryaany (留言) 02:57, 3 February 2015 (UTC)

Puerto Rico, among other United States Territories and their representation on this map of the United States

The Colonies of the United States (Territories) are not shown on this map as the same as the areas of the United States which are states (United States proper). Currently, Puerto Rico is shown in a green outline. However, this outline is almost invisible on most Wikipedia articles that feature this map. I suggest that a lighter green should be used for United States Territories, and not an outline. --The Radioactive Box (留言) 23:35, 15 May 2022 (UTC)

Los colonias de los Estados Unidos (Territorios) no se muestran en este mapa en manera similar a los áreas de los Estados Unidos que son estados (Estados Unidos propiamente dicho). Ahora, Puerto Rico tiene contorno verde. Pero, este contorno es casi imposible de ver en muchas articulos de Wikipedia con este mapa.
