The collar device is wrong in this image. The thin bars connecting to the two larger silver bars should be more towards the upper and lower edges respectively such as at the following link: http://cdn.uniforms-4u.com/pd/3089/u-u.s.-navy-lieutenant-lt-collar-devices-15411.png.
