Color coding[編集]

The two columns of color shading per language (e.g. light blue / dark blue for UKR) with "80%" centered over the pair of columns makes no sense. Are you saying both colors comprise 80%? If so, why two colors and not just one? If the two colors mean something different, put a label at the top of each column explaining it. Then there are the bottom rows with a color in the left column and nothing in the right column (e.g. POL). What does that mean?
