We need to update this to take into account the annexations

Also, these maps (1 and 2) that you uploaded are entirely based on this one (with the second being an exact copy), and as such, I would appreciate the attribution. Thanks. @M.Bitton I added attribution on both files. I was confused by the 7 or so different Wikipedians changing the file and thought it was more collaborative than it apparently was. I removed the speedy deletion on the 2014 version because it serves a purpose as a constant version while this file will be subject to the decisions of the community.
