NoDilemma and Twofortnights I think Japan should be black on the map, or the category be removed from the legend and Japan left as gray, if it doesn't entirely reflect the situation SoyBenjamin (トーク) 19:16, 23 September 2022 (UTC)

I went ahead and removed the black item from the legend. I think it's better without the unused item now. A future improvement may be to add it back along with setting Japan on the map to black. SoyBenjamin (トーク) 08:56, 26 September 2022 (UTC)
