I don't think this sounds like a voiced consonant at all.

Compare an Afrikaner pronouncing the word 'hondjie' or a Xhosa the word 'ihashe'.

Totally different, and genuinely voiced H.

I think, that most similar was file recorded 2. 5. 2005, 20:04. I propose to turn back namely this record. The record of 20. 9. 2012, 11:49 is totally unsimilar. --Kusurija (talk) 16:06, 9 May 2014 (UTC)

For me (as a native Ukrainain speaker), the "17:04, 2 May 2005" version sounds like a variation of /x/. The "20:06, 17 April 2005" version sounds better. IMHO, we need a review from a specialist...
