Errors

• Žďár nad Sázavou: wrong capitalization, incomplete diacritics (d/ď)
• Havlíčkův Brod, Pelhřimov, Třebíč: missing diacritics
• to avoid confusion, names of Czech district should be always stated including the word "okres"/"district". The sole names of the district cities are not used as names of the districts.
