User:RamzyAbueita uploaded a version of this image that has the IAEA flag atom on it as well. I reverted it for the following reasons:
- the IAEA flag atom is not a common representation of an atom. It is very specific to the IAEA flag and very stylized.
- the atom, by itself, is not a "warning sign" of any sort. It doesn't mean "danger" like the other images.
- there is already the standard radioactive hazard trifoil on the image, which covers both nuclear weapons and "dirty bombs"
- the IAEA's atom is meant to represent the peaceful possibilities of the atom (even if the IAEA's role has been most prominent as an anti-proliferation watchdog).
So anyway. That's why I reverted it. No hard feelings. --Fastfission (talk) 11:49, 1 July 2008 (UTC)
