Date context of the photo

I recommend that the name of the NASA photo be renamed, to include the historical time context of early 2008, when the NASA photo was taken. Rationale: since 2008,

1. Launch Pad 0 has been removed from NASA jurisdiction and is now under the US State of Virginia political jurisdiction.
2. The Launch Pad 0 infrastructure was demolished in late 2008, and now, a much larger LP 0 launch pad is present.

Thus, I would recommend the file be renamed to reflect the 2008 historical time frame of Wallops. (and a newer Wallops Fligth Facility photo might then be beneficially obtained to update the encyclopedia article that uses this photo). I would try to do the rename, but am not familiar with WikiMedia procedures for doing such. Cheers. N2e (talk) 21:16, 1 July 2012 (UTC)
