The map is a bit inaccurate, the 38th parallel is supposed to be more north and south than depicted on the map, the line displayed as the 38th parallel on the map is actually the 36th or 35th

I have "fixed" this by removing the labels that say "38". Maproom (talk) 08:34, 14 November 2013 (UTC)
