English: Comet C/2018 Y1 Iwamoto
Iwamoto is a comet with a retrograde orbit discovered on December 20, 2018. This fast-moving comet passed roughly 28 million miles (45 million km) away from us at a speed of nearly 150,000 mph (240,000 km/h) in mid February. At the time of this image, Iwamoto was 55 million miles (88.5 million km) distant.
