154-160 West 14th Street, on the corner of Seventh Avenue in Manhattan, New York City, was designed by Herman Lee Meader in a style hinting of Art Nouveau and anticipating Art Deco. The loft building was constructed in 1912-13. It was designated a NYC landmark on June 28, 2011. (Sources: AIA Guide to NYC (4th ed.) and "NYCLPC Designation Report")
