375-379 Flatbush Avenue and 185-187 Sterling Place, on the corner of Flatbush Avenue and Sterling Place in the Prospect Heights neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York City were built as an ensemble in 1885 and were designed by William Cook in the Neo-Grec style with Second Empire elements. The buildings have retail spaces at the street level, and apartments above. They are located in the Prospect Heights Historic District.
