English: This trapezoidal shaped building, on the NE corner of Victoria and Dundas, seems to have two street addresses: 38 Dundas Street East, and 277 Victoria Street. It was most recently an Hakim Optical store. It was boarded up in the early 2010s, was covered in grafitti, and the external brick work shows cracks. However, in 2023 it was given a new coat of paint, and some scaffolding was put up. South of the building there is a triangular shaped small vacant lot.
