Former Stern Tenement Building (aka Stern Palace). Three-storey, eclectic cornerbuilding with tree facades. Now office building. Planned by Adolf Feszty. Completed in 1884. Here was the U.S. embassy for a couple years since 1923. Since 1952 office building. Built to Ignác Stern 19th century businessman, landowner of Egyed village (Csorna Municipality), director (CEO and founder) of Újpest Distillery, owner of a 3000 units pig farm and a 1000 units cattle farm. - 10 Andrássy Avenue = 2 Dobó István Street = 13-15 Révay Miklós Street, District VI of Budapest.
