Former Ferenczy Tenement Building (aka Ferenczy Palace) Three-storey building was built in 1884 (Architects:Ármin Schubert and Rezső Hikisch) ordered by Hussar Captain József Ferenczy. In 1939 remodelled according plans of Tibor Weldlinger, Gyula Szentgyörgyi and Hugó Székely order by the French origin, art historian and writer Denise Pewny - 26 Andrássy Avenue, District VI of Budapest
