English: By practising until every element of loosing an arrow is identical, stance, draw and loose, the arrows of an end will group, to start of with it doesn't matter where on the target the group appears, just as long as the arrows consistently appear in a group about the size of your outstretched hand. Once this consistency appears small adjustments can be made to gradually place the grouping in the centre.
