Das Denkmal "Band der Erinnerung" vor der Saarbrücker Synagoge dient dem Gedenken an die 1.928 jüdischen Opfer der NS-Gewaltherrschaft, die im früheren Saargebiet gelebt haben. Es erinnert auch an weitere jüdische Opfer aus dem Saargebiet, über deren Schicksal nichts bekannt ist. Das Denkmal wurde am 4. September 2022 eingeweiht. Skulptur der Künstlergruppe Mannstein und Vill, Berlin.

Memorial of names to commemorate Jewish victims of Nazi tyranny woh lived in the former Territory of the Saar Basin. Also honouring further Jewish victims who are not named on the memorial because their personal fate is unknwon. Sculpture by the artist group Mannstein and Vill, Berlin.
