English: British Rail Class 67 diesel locomotives were built from 1999-2000 by Alstom in Valencia, Spain under sub-contract from General Motors Diesel in Canada. They have a top speed of 125mph and were initially built to replace Class 47 and Class 86 locomotives on mail train duties. Two Class 67s are also used to haul the Royal Train.
