This is Nathaniel Delissa Isaac Joseph (1859–1927), known professionally as Delissa Joseph.
Joseph's birthplace is recorded variously, as Kensington, Bermondsey, Notting Hill and Surrey. His father was Isaac Solomon Joseph. He was educated at Jews' College, and designed "many" synagogues, including the one at Cardiff. He married Leah Alice Solomon, known as Lily Delissa Joseph, in 1887. He died on 10 or 11 January 1927 in a nursing home at Wimpole Street, Marylebone, and is buried in Willesden Jewish Cemetery. Sources and further details:
