English: Downtowner Hotel, originally New Richmond Hotel, later Northern Pacific Hotel, 308 4th Ave., S., Seattle, Washington, USA. It was built in 1911 by Seattle capitalist R.C. McCormack to take advantage of traffic generated by the newly constructed Union Station as well as the existing King Street Station. It officially opened to guests on Saturday, March 2, 1912.
