English: Eastrea is a small village in Cambridgeshire, located on the A605 between Whittlesey and Coates. Of two pubs that used to stand, The Windmill and The Nags Head, only The Nag survives. Until the 1960s, there was also a shop, run by a Mr Eric Darwood until his death. The building is now a private dwelling. The village also had a railway station (Eastrea railway station) from 1845 until 1866. There are plans for a new building development, which, primarily, would welcome a village hall, as well as new housing.
