Sacred to the memory of Charlotte Maria Neave daughter of Sir Thomas Neave Baronet of Dagnam Park, Essex, and of Frances Caroline Neave born Digey, born Dec^R 13 1800 died unmarried Jan^Y 17 1854.
Of active benevolence during health with humble and cheerful resignation, through many years of ful illness, she possessed her soul in patience, to her a pain, greater than that of the body, was the thought of being the cause of it to others, and strining to hide the depth of her own suffering she sought happiness in the constant sacrifice of self trembling, yet trustful, she walked uprightly with her God and in her death requeathed that precious example, how one the righteous can depart. A triumphant witness, through unflinching faith to the power of Christ glorious gospel whigh alone can bring a man peace at the last.
