The townhouses at 687 Greenwich Street between Christopher and West 10th Streets in the West Village neighborhood of Manhattan, New York City, known as "Greenwich Mews", were built in 1989, replacing two storage buildings of a trucking freight terminal, which in 1945 themselves replaced five houses which were originally on the site. The site is part of the Greenwich Village Historic District. (Sources: "NYCLPC Greenwich Village Historic District Designation Report, volume 2", NYC GIS map)
