English: Huangbai River is a left tributary of the Yangtze, which falls into the Yangtze just upstream from the Gezhouba Dam. The dam has raised the water level in the river, effectively converting its lower course into a bay of the Gezhouba Reservoir; it is now an important wharf/shipyard area.
