Isaac Thomas Shutt was a 19th century architect working from Harrogate, North Yorkshire, England. Among other buildings, he designed the Pump Room in Harrogate. During the time when he had his architectural practice, he and his wife were also running the Old Swan Hotel in Harrogate (he did not design this hotel). With Alfred Hill Thompson he designed the Church of All Saints, Harlow Hill, Harrogate.
