Francisco Newton João Vicente da Piedade Jaime Valfredo Rangel (13 February 1897 – 6 July 1959) was a Portuguese medical practitioner, director of Tipografia Rangel (Rangel Printing Press), president of the Municipal Council of Bardez (Mayor of Bardez) and a delegate to the International Labour Organization for Portugal.
