A kaerumata, also known as "frog-legs" or "frog's crotch," is an element of traditional Japanese architecture.

In Japanese, it is written variously, for example, 蟇股, 蛙股, かえるまた. The same pronunciation is also used differently in bonsai: カエル叉.

This category is for the architectural element.
