Leningrad T-2 was developed by the Soviet Kozitsky Plant in Leningrad, basing on Siemens and Telefunken technologies just moved to Russia with the WWII. But soon after starting in 1949 the production was moved onto German plant in Radeberg (later called Rafena). The actual units are distinguished by logo - double rings of Kozitsky and CBP of Rafena.
