中文：刘玉堤（1923年09月17日——2015年02月17日），河北省沧县人，1938年10月参加八路军，1939年加入中国共产党，1988年被授予空军中将军衔。曾任北京军区副司令员、北京军区空军司令员。因朝鲜战争击落击伤美国空军9架飞机而被誉为“孤胆英雄”。
