Louise Allen was an American theatre actress, and niece and namesake of Louise Allen (1873–1906; the first wife of William Collier Sr.). She joined the Park Opera Company in Boston, followed by various stock and road engagements. Her Broadway career began with small roles in Eileen (1917) and Toot Toot (1918) before landing her first major role in Arthur Hammerstein's Somebody's Sweetheart (1918)
