Mahmoud Sheikholeslam (Mahmoud Akbar) (1895-1932) was born in Isfahan, Iran. He went to Alliance Israélite Universelle in Isfahan in 1913. He was graduated from Faculty of Medicine of Saint Joseph University in Beirut, Lebanon in 1922. After graduation, he returned to Isfahan to serve his people . After 4 years, because of a rare bone disease and infection, he went back to France for treatment. He passed away in 1932 and he was buried in Berck-sur-Mer Municipal Cemetery in France
