Chest tomb monument (1583) of the first three Radcliffe Earls of Sussex, seated at Woodham Walter, Essex, in the Sussex Chapel on the south side of the chancel, originally built in the 16th century and rebuilt in the 19th c. by Richard Stevens of Southwark:
- Robert Radcliffe, 10th Baron Fitzwalter, 1st Earl of Sussex, (c.1483-1542), KG, a prominent courtier and soldier during the reigns of Henry VII and Henry VIII, who served as Chamberlain of the Exchequer and Lord Great Chamberlain;
- Henry Radclyffe, 2nd Earl of Sussex (1507-1557), son;
- Thomas Radclyffe, 3rd Earl of Sussex (c.1525-1583) of Woodham Walter, Essex, son, Lord Deputy of Ireland. He died on 9 June 1583 at his house in Bermondsey and was buried a month later at Boreham, Essex. His brother Sir Henry Radcliffe succeeded him as 4th Earl of Sussex
