Perminova Nadezhda Ilinichna (January 1, 1943, Heiner, Manchuria) - Soviet and Russian writer; poet, prose writer, essayist; writes for adults and children. Member of the Writers' Union of the USSR. Laureate of the award. Nikolay Karamzin, the award to them. NA Zabolotsky, the award of the Kirov region. Nadezhda Perminova is the author of more than 20 books of poetry and prose; books about folk art crafts. The compiler of the one-volume "Vyatka story of the twentieth century" (Anthology of Vyatka literature, Vol. 2). Materials about Vyatka folk crafts collected by Perminova were included in the 10th volume of the Vyatka Encyclopedia of Earth - "Handicrafts", over which she worked for several years.
