English: These are located at Kakiika in Mbarara district in a village called Nkokungeru. They contain the tombs of the kings of Ankole, Omugabe Edward Solomon Kahaya II who died in 1944 and Omugabe Sir Charles Rutahabaa Gasyonga II who died in 1982 after ruling for 23 years. The Nkokonjeru Tombs are inside a lone almost derelict colonial style house.
