English: The "Olde Molen" (also known as "The Mill") is a Dutch mill located north of the Bubali pond in Aruba. The mill, built in 1897, was disassembled and shipped to Aruba where it was reassembled. It serves as a mill museum, restaurant and landmark in the tourist zone of Palm Beach. In 1959, Mr. Paalman and Mr. Woudenberg had the idea to open a restaurant in a mill. The mill that was chosen was from the 1815 from Groningen, Netherlands. The mill was properly dismantled and shipped to Aruba. Official inauguration of the restaurant took place in March 1962. There are still inscriptions inside recalling the various former Dutch owners from the mill.
